Due to the nature of the products we do not offer refunds or change of minds exchanges. Please ask as many questions as you need to make sure you are happy. Measurements are supplied so please check these before you purchase.

If any issues arise please email me and i will do my best to remedy.

As per the consumers Guarantees act if the product has a minor fault the retailer can choose to repair the item, replace it or refund your money.

If a fault is represented at time of purchase and the customer is aware then the customer may choose to donate but will not receive and refund.
